Synopsis for Lucifer:
Bored and unhappy as the Lord of Hell, Lucifer Morningstar abandoned his throne and retired to Los Angeles, where he has teamed up with LAPD detective Chloe Decker to take down criminals. But the longer he's away from the underworld, the greater the threat that the worst of humanity could escape.
Eve is The Eve (as in the one who picked the apple) and Maze is a demon from Hell who has joined Lucifer in spending some time on Earth. Eve, bored of heaven, comes down to Earth too (a few seasons in.) They meet because Eve is trying to “win back” Lucifer, her first real love.

Detailed description of the couple (likely to contain spoilers)They meet because Eve is trying to get Lucifer to be her boyfriend. Maze immediately takes an interest to her and helps her become more independent/make Lucifer jealous. Maze catches feelings first and Eve remains oblivious for a bit until she kisses her on the cheek at the end of a season. The following season, Eve had been doing her own thing for the first time in her life so it’s a while before we see her again. When Maze and Eve meet again there’s some hostility before they become makeshift partners in doing bounty hunting work. Eventually they form a romantic relationship and get married. Before the wedding, Adam (like The Adam) comes down from Heaven to try to get Eve back, which doesn’t work. They two live happily ever after.
