In 1666, a colonial town is gripped by a hysterical witch-hunt that has deadly consequences for centuries to come, and it's up to teenagers in 1994 to finally put an end to their town's curse, before it's too late.
In the 1666 settlement called Union, Sarah Fier and Hannah Miller have a secret romance they must not share with anyone due to their extremely religious/conservative community. All of a sudden a darkness hits town and puts them in danger.

Detailed description of the couple (likely to contain spoilers)Sarah and Hannahs secret romance is going solid but Hannahs parents are very against her being around Sarah. Sarah is seen as having this oddness about her. They one night go to the woods with the rest of their group to have a party. Lots of people are invited and special berries are eaten. They eventually move their night further into the woods for an intimate scene. They then hear some branches snap in the background and it leads them to stop real quick. A wickedness hits the town and Sarah and Hannah are blamed for it as their relationship is seen as witchcraft. They face severe consequences for this.
